Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed on filleruae.shop (FILLERQUE). By placing an order you accept them.

1. Professional use

Products on this website are intended for licensed medical and aesthetic professionals and clinics. By placing an order you confirm that you have the training and qualifications required to use the products, and that you will use them in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the laws of your country.

2. Product information

Product descriptions, specifications and images are based on the manufacturers’ official data. Packaging may change by manufacturer without notice. Product information on the website is not medical advice.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order placed on the website is a request to buy. We confirm the order and product availability within 1 business day. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order and send the invoice. If a product is not available, we will inform you and offer an alternative or cancel that item.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in AED. After confirmation we send an invoice with payment details. The order is processed after payment is received. Delivery cost, if any, is confirmed in the invoice.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Korea to the UAE and GCC countries by DHL, FedEx or EMS. Every shipment is insured for its full value. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with cooling gel packs and thermal insulation. Typical delivery time is 4–10 business days; it depends on the destination and customs clearance and is not guaranteed. Details: Delivery & payment.

6. Customs and import

Customs duties, import taxes and any import permits required in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Returns and claims

Returns, damaged or incorrect items and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for the way products are used after delivery, or for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
