1. Order and confirmation
You place an order on the website and choose your delivery country. We confirm the order and product availability within 1 business day — including orders placed on weekends and public holidays. After confirmation we email you an invoice with payment details.
2. Packing
Orders are dispatched from Korea. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with cooling gel packs and thermal insulation to help keep appropriate conditions during transit. Every parcel is insured for its full value.
3. Shipping and tracking
We ship with express couriers — DHL, FedEx or EMS. Once the parcel is dispatched, you receive a tracking number. Typical delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
4. Customs
Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient. Clearance time depends on the destination country and is the main reason why delivery times vary.
5. When the parcel arrives
- Open the parcel as soon as it is delivered and check that the insulated packaging is intact.
