Description
Rejuran HB is a polynucleotide (PN) skin booster by PharmaResearch, South Korea, that adds hyaluronic acid (HA) and lidocaine to the PN base of the Rejuran range. It combines the regenerative focus of PN with the hydrating role of HA, while lidocaine is included for patient comfort. It is supplied as a single 1.0 mL syringe.

Indications
The current version, marketed as Rejuran HB Plus, was approved by Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in 2021 as a PN-based medical device for the improvement of crow's feet wrinkles. In clinical practice it is also used for fine superficial lines, dehydrated skin and overall skin texture and tone.
