Delivery & payment

How to order

  1. Place your order on the website and select your delivery country at checkout.
  2. Order confirmation — we confirm your order and product availability within 1 business day, including orders placed on weekends and public holidays.
  3. Payment — once the order is confirmed, we email you an invoice with payment details.
  4. Shipment — after payment we prepare and dispatch your order from Korea. You receive a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delivery

We ship to the UAE and GCC countries with trusted express couriers: DHL, FedEx and EMS.

  • All shipments are insured for the full value of the parcel.
  • Temperature-sensitive products are packed with cooling gel packs and thermal insulation to keep appropriate conditions in transit.
  • Typical delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.
